I am an integrative therapist and draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based theories as well as cognitive behavioral therapy techniques when working with individuals. When working with couples, my approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I believe that you are the expert in your life, and we will work collaboratively to build the resilience and skills you need to get through big transitions and difficult times.
