You've figured out a lot. And yet here you are.

Depth therapy for individuals and couples in New York City

We’ll work on it together.

Maybe you're succeeding by every external measure and still feel like something is off. Maybe the main relationship in your life is stuck in the same argument over and over, or you feel trapped in old roles. Maybe you've spent your life navigating how to show up between cultures, families, or identities — and you want to understand better who you are, not focus on how others see you.

Whatever brought you here, therapy with me is a place to stop managing and start understanding. Not with quick tools or easy answers, but with real, unhurried attention to what's actually going on underneath.

I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals — lawyers, doctors, engineers, founders — who are good at almost everything except slowing down. Many of my clients have built impressive lives by outrunning their feelings. They're sharp, capable, and used to solving problems. At some point, the strategies that got you this far may eventually stop working.

When that moment comes, I want to be the person you call. My job isn't to give you a framework or a set of techniques to manage what you're feeling. It's to help you stay with the hard stuff long enough that your mind and body can catch up. If you tend to drop into intellectualizing, I will gently stop you and help you get to the emotions and past experiences underneath. Once you have accessed your emotions, you can access new insight to understand yourself with compassion and make choices that serve you better. I know that's not what a lot of high-achievers are hoping to hear. But it's what I've seen actually work.
